Job Purpose (main result expected of the job holder)
This role is for a supporting position in our expanding Recruitment business.
The Recruitment Consultant/ Temps coordinator is responsible for the day to day blue collar contract recruitment, filling roles, maintaining a pipeline of candidates.
You will be responsible for supporting the Recruitment Manager with reports and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities (main accountabilities)
Apply recruitment strategy to aid the successful execution, monitoring, control and closure of all resource orders while ensuring they are delivered safely and matching commercial requirements.
Be responsible for forward planning for resource requirements which will include being involved in Resourcing strategy to in anticipation of future market needs.
Resource, recruit and headhunt candidates to match client`s requirements.
Use the phone screening and data base research as the main recruitment tool, as well as growing a network of candidates; conduct interviews (phone, F2F or Skype) and engage with clients to present successful candidates.
2. Client Management
Liaise with clients at start up stage (understanding of the job and its requirements) and during the whole recruitment process and through the time of the employee`s engagement on client`s site.
Regular site visits to meet the client and his line managers / foremen.
Monitor and maintain customer satisfaction levels.
3. Candidate Management
Build strong relationship with candidates and walk them through the recruitment and employment process.
Start up meetings. Regular phone calls and site visits when necessary.
4. Advertising and Social Media
Ad hoc campaigns, networking and Social Media headhunting.
Work on a content for company`s Social Media.
Manage own LinkedIn profile to engage with potential candidates.
Ensure all requirements are delivered on time, contracts prepared and timesheets managed.
Prepare weekly status reports for management reports are provided to Recruitment Manager.
Qualifications - Diploma
Experience - Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a resource, recruitment consultant or temps coordinator
Technical Proficiency - Knowledge of engineering/ construction sector
- excellent phone manner and communication skills
- fluent English + additional European language (Romanian/Bulgarian/Polish/ Lithuanian/German)
- ability to work well under pressure and deadlines
- very good computer skills (MS Office, internet, CRM)
- research skills
- attention to detail
- understanding/ knowledge of construction industry
- driving licence is a must
- pro-active approach
- Safe Pass would be an advantage but not essential
- Previous experience in international recruitment would be an advantage.
